    Native Hawaiian real estate developer and founder of Kahuna Partners, with over a decade in international project management, modular housing deployment, and global material sourcing. Since 2020, he has successfully managed supply chains, secured millions in financing, and built strong relationships with overseas manufacturers.

    Jacob specializes in sourcing revenue generating opportunities and integrating operational resources for start-up ventures. Jacob’s primary role is promoting Kahuna to his extensive network of professional associates and ensuring uniform messaging across branding platforms.

  • Antonio Hernandez

    Founder of CPI Dream Homes LLC, with 30+ years of experience in real estate development and remodeling. Currently building and managing residential and multi-family projects in Florida and North Carolina, with ongoing demand for large-scale material procurement.
